Antoni Gaudí

2019年、初めてバルセロナを訪れた際に、アントニ・ガウディの建築を撮影した。

ガウディの建築は単なる造形物としてではなく、光や色彩、陰影、人の気配までも取り込みながら、絶えず表情を変えていく。

その有機的な空間に身を置きながら、建築の記録というよりもむしろ、そこに立ち現れる静けさや街との呼応を見つめている。

このシリーズは、ガウディ建築をめぐる自分自身の視覚的体験の蓄積であり、バルセロナという土地の光と時間に導かれながら、その空間の美しさを捉え続けた記録である。

In 2019, during my first visit to Barcelona, I photographed the architecture of Antoni Gaudí.

Gaudí’s architecture is not merely a physical form, but something that continuously transforms its expression, incorporating light, color, shadow, and even the presence of people.

Placing myself within these organic spaces, I am not simply recording architecture, but rather observing the stillness that emerges and its resonance with the surrounding city.

This series is an accumulation of my own visual experiences of Gaudí’s architecture.

Guided by the light and time of Barcelona, it is a record of my ongoing attempt to capture the beauty of these spaces.
